Choose between two tiers of vendor committment
OUTDOOR VENDORS
Rent by the Day
No advance notice required. Just show up, set up, and our staff will collect your cash payment. Cash payment is due upon staff request and cannot be paid at the end of the day. There is an ATM located inside the building.
Please arrive early to ensure you secure a spot and set up before customers arrive. Yard opens at 6:30 a.m. Selling hours are from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Small "Table" Spots
$10 on Saturdays
$35 on Sundays
Space for one vehicle and the provided table. You may bring additional tables but must fit into the designated space without moving our provided tables. If you extend into the neighboring space, you will be charged for two spots. Sturdy pop up tents with weights and stakes are recommended.
Large "Truck & Trailer" Spots
$10 on Saturdays
$55 on Sundays
There are larger spots designated for trucks, trailers and vendors who would like to set out several tables. Regardless of your set up, you will be charged for the space. There is an onsite parking attendant if you need help differentiating the two space types.
You may not move our tables, plan your set up accordingly
INDOOR VENDORS
Rent by the Month
Our booths are available for monthly rentals starting at $180 and operate on a month-to-month commitment. Pricing is scaled based on booth square footage.
Build your Own Storefront
Booths come with up to 2 pieces of market provided furniture to allow you to move in directly and sell immediately. Many of our vendors take time to renovate and improve their booths before they move in, to create a space custom to their business. Renovation plans must be discussed with and approved by management.
We allow booth access throughout the week for the initial setup of your new space. For established vendors, we allow access Wednesdays and Fridays from 9am - 12pm for continued customization, tidying and inventory.
All booths are securable throughout the week for the protection of your merchandise.

THE MARKET VENDOR CHECKLIST
1.
Bring cash to cover the outdoor yard daily rate. See above for pricing.
2.
Prepare for weather with tents, umbrellas, hats, sunscreen and water! This is Texas y'all. We all know how quickly things can change.
3.
Pack a lunch or plan to hit up the food trucks.
4.
Arrive at the market as early as 6:30am for setup, depending on how much time you need!
5.
Head to your indoor booth or pick a spot outside that suits your needs - either small table or large truck/trailer spot. Be sure not to move our tables!
6.
Complete your setup by 9am.
7.
Staff is onsite throughout the day if you need assistance or have questions! We have parking attendants, floating team members as well as mangers inside to help.
8.
Start breakdown at 5pm. We ask for you to be packed up and off the property no later than 6:30pm. Take everything with you when you go! Do not leave trash behind or risk being fined you should you return to sell with us again.
WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE VENDORS TO STAY FOR THE DURATION OF SHOPPER HOURS!
Indoor vendors are expected to open for at least 75% of the market days per month, but are encouraged to open every weekend.
We ask that outdoor vendors who cannot stay for all shopping hours take a spot near the back of the yard for the benefit of our shoppers and other vendors.
