Where are you located?

We are located at 1119 N. Old Hwy 81, Kyle, TX 78640 off of the South Bound access road of I-35. You can search Kyle Flea Market on any smart phone navigation app. (Both N and S  Hwy 81 will get you to us on google maps, as will 1119 S I35. Just search for us by name and click go! )

Please note that our entrance is the dirt road just past the Conoco gas station. You cannot access the parking lot from Marketplace Ave (confusing naming choice by the city, we know!) If you turn too early onto Marketplace Ave, use the roundabout to turn back, turn right on to the Frontage Rd, then right into our entrance.

From Austin
Follow I-35 S to exit 213: RM 150/Kyle. Take the I-35 Frontage Rd to Kyle Flea Market. The destination will be on your right in 1 mi.

From San Marcos
Follow I-35 N to exit 215. Turn left to u turn at Kyle Parkway. The destination will be on your right in 1.3 miles.

When are you open?

We are open every Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. However, it is important to remember that every vendor acts as a sole proprietor for their own business and are ultimately in charge of their own booth. To ensure a specific vendor’s presence and hours, we recommend you contact that vendor directly.

What is the parking situation?

We have ample free parking for all vendors and shoppers!

Vendors will be able to pull around to the building or vendor yard for an necessary unloading or set up tasks.

Are there restrooms?

Yes. There are men's, women's, and unisex restrooms indoors as well as outdoor port-a-potties. You may use any restroom that aligns with your gender identity.

Is the market accessible to those with disabilities?

Accepted Answer

Mobility Impairments: We have two entrance ramps to the indoor portion of the market. The majority of booths have standard door sizes or double door entrances. Keep in mind, each individual booth has a separate owner/operator so the walkway space in each booth will vary greatly. The outdoor portion of the market is unpaved grass and gravel so accessibility will depend on individual mobility. We have a single access, ADA compliant restroom inside as well as a wheelchair accessible portable toilet outside.

Service Animals: We allow all service animals!

Neurodivergence: We suggest arriving just after opening or before close for a lower stimulus shopping experience.
