We are open every Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. However, it is important to remember that every vendor acts as a sole proprietor for their own business and are ultimately in charge of their own booth. To ensure a specific vendor’s presence and hours, we recommend you contact that vendor directly.
Yes! We have 3-5 fabulous food trucks outside the market.
Yes! We recently expanded our parking lot to accommodate a higher volume of visitors so no need to worry about parking or outdoor vendor space.
Yes. There are port-a-potties outdoors and mens, womens, and unisex restrooms indoors. You may use any restroom that aligns with your gender identity.
Mobility Impairments: We have two entrance ramps to the indoor portion of the market. The majority of booths have standard door sizes or double door entrances. Keep in mind each individual booth has a separate owner/operator so the walkway spaces in each booth will vary greatly. The outdoor portion of the market is unpaved, on grass and gravel so accessibility will depend on individual mobility. We have a single access, ADA compliant restroom inside as well as a wheelchair accessible portable toilet outdoors.
Service Animals: We allow all service animals!
Neurodivergence: We suggest arriving just after opening or before close for a lower stimulus shopping experience.
Cash is still the preferred method of payment at the Kyle Flea Market. Every vendor is different, and many do accept digital methods of payment, but we have an ATM on-premises for you convenience.
Yes, but be smart and conscientious. Your dog must be up to date on vaccines and on a flea preventative. Flea market is just a name, please do not bring fleas to the market. Keep your dog leashed at all times, clean up after them and if they have exhibited signs of anxiousness or aggression around crowds, new spaces or children, leave them at home! We are not responsible for the actions of your animal but we do want all of our visitors safe and happy. You may be asked to leave if your dog cannot meet these expectations. If you experience an issue with someone else’s dog, please inform management.
No. The indoor marketplace is very much like an open-air barn or breezeway. We leave two large barn doors at the front and one on the side open. The majority of vendors have fans in their booths. Dress for the weather.
We encourage you to come in and tour our available booths. Indoor vendors pay month-to-month and are committed to opening at least 6 of the 8 weekend days of the month in which they are renting. For more details, you can check out our Become a Vendor page or email us to get started.
You get your choice of the available booths at the time of your inquiry. Once chosen, you will be locked in for that month. Booths start at $145 and scale up depending on their size and location in the market. We make all booths securable so you can leave your goods safely during off-hours. All booths have power outlets. Some booths are able to be self renovated to fit your aesthetic. Indoor vendors are able to access the building during the week for restocking and maintenance Tuesday - Friday 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
If it’s not legal, you can’t buy or sell it at KFM! That includes selling and distributing firearms and alcohol on our property, as we are not licensed for such sales. You may not sell animals of any kind. If you plan to sell food/ cottage goods, you must have the proper Hays County Food Permit. See here for more information.
